What the service is

Pro Work Academy provides information about full-time studies in Poland (including WSEI University in Lublin) and supports candidates from abroad with university admission and with preparing the application for a temporary residence permit for studies (residence card). We are an education recruitment agent.

What the service is not

  • We are not an employment agency and do not charge candidates any fee for finding a job.
  • We do not guarantee employment or any level of earnings. A full-time student may work without a work permit once they receive a residence card for studies; Colombian citizens may not work during a visa-free stay. Finding a job depends on the candidate and the employer.
  • We do not guarantee admission or a residence card. Those decisions belong to the university and the voivodeship office.

Fees

The admission fee and tuition are paid by the candidate directly to the university. We charge candidates nothing: not for admission or document support, and not for finding a job.

Candidate obligations

Provide accurate information, deliver documents within the deadlines of the university and the voivodeship office, apply for the residence card while your stay is legal, and do not take up work before you receive the residence card.

Communication

We reply by WhatsApp, email and phone only to people who contacted us first. The WhatsApp assistant may answer automatically and you can always ask for a person. Our social media profiles (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) publish informational content about the programme.

Liability and law

We are responsible for diligent performance of the services described in the agreement; we are not responsible for decisions of universities, public authorities or employers. Polish law applies. Personal data: see the privacy policy.
