What data and why

  • Form and WhatsApp data (name, phone, email, city, year of birth, education, English level, message): to answer your request and assess whether the programme fits you (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Admission and residence card application data (passport, diplomas, insurance): only after signing the support agreement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Programme information by WhatsApp and email: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Sharing your data with the partner employment agency DA INVEST once you receive your residence card for studies, so that it can present job offers to you: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Site statistics and ad performance: with your cookie consent.

Who we share it with

The university (WSEI University, Lublin) for admission. The recruitment team of our partner agency DA INVEST, which talks to you and helps with documents on our behalf from the start of the process — under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR) and only on our instructions. Separately, with your consent and only after you receive your residence card for studies, DA INVEST receives your data as an employment agency, to present job offers to you. Stratton Prime sp. z o.o., which provides and operates our systems (website, database and panel), as our processor — under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR) and only on our instructions. EU hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel) and Meta for WhatsApp. Anthropic, whose AI model powers the WhatsApp assistant: conversation content may be processed in the USA, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). We do not sell data.

How long

Requests without an agreement: 24 months. Agreement data: for the duration of the cooperation and the limitation period for claims.

Your rights
