WSEI admits you
Online registration, entrance test (Pretest) and verification of your diploma. You pay the fees directly to the university.

You travel without a visa
You enter Poland on your biometric passport, with no visa, and may stay up to 90 days. You arrive in Lublin, settle in and register at the university.

You apply for the residence card
Within those 90 days you apply online, through Poland's MOS portal, for temporary residence for studies. First you need a PESEL number and a trusted profile (Profil Zaufany), and you must be in Poland on the day you apply. We help you with every step.

You study and work
Once you receive your residence card for studies, you may work legally as a full-time student, without a separate work permit. That is when we introduce you to a partner employment agency.
What we will never tell you
- We charge you nothing: not for admission, not for documents, not for a job.
- Tuition payments go straight to the university account, never to us.
- Without a residence card you cannot work. Since 22 August 2026, Colombian citizens may not work in Poland during a visa-free stay, whatever anyone tells you.

Yes, once you receive your residence card for studies. With it, as a full-time student you may work without a separate work permit all year round. Not before: since 22 August 2026, Colombian citizens may not work during a visa-free stay. This does not apply to part-time studies or language courses.
Registration is 200 EUR and tuition is 1,150 EUR per semester, in two payments a year. Everything is paid directly to the university.
No. As a Colombian you enter Poland without a visa and may stay up to 90 days; the programme requires a valid biometric passport. During that time, with your WSEI acceptance letter, you apply in Poland for the residence card for studies, and we help you with the application. You may not work during the visa-free stay. The EU will launch the ETIAS travel authorisation (online, EUR 20) in the last quarter of 2026; from then on you will need it before you travel.
B2. A certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge or similar) or a diploma from a school teaching in English. There is also an online entrance test.
WSEI admission takes about 3 days after payment. Then you travel and, once in Poland, apply for the residence card: how long it takes depends on the voivodeship office (Urząd Wojewódzki), and we support you throughout. Classes start in October and February.
The high school diploma and grade certificate: first legalisation at the Ministry of Education, then apostille at the Cancillería (online) and a sworn translation into Polish.
Nothing. We do not charge for admission, documents or finding you a job. You pay the registration fee (200 EUR) and tuition (1,150 EUR per semester) to the university, and the official residence permit fees (PLN 340 plus PLN 50 for the card) to the voivode's office. From the last quarter of 2026 add the ETIAS travel authorisation (EUR 20, online). Our work is paid by the university through a commission.
